Hello Ramseur family,
A little bit about me, Greta. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I came from a long line of teachers and as a young child, I would line up all my baby dolls, stuffed animals and my poor little sister and teach to them for hours on in. When I considered colleges, I looked to two things… a great education program and a great study-abroad program. I went to UNCG for my undergraduate program where I got the privilege to study abroad for 6 months in Wales. In 2010, I joined the Ramseur family as a fifth grade teacher, and fell in love with working in this grade level and at this school. In 2012, I decided to go back to school for my masters in Math Education, again at the one and only UNCG. I took many amazing courses with some fabulous professors and grew so much as a teacher and a leader. While finishing out with my masters, I moved from the fifth grade classroom to a Lead Teacher position here at Ramseur. I have learned so much in my years here and have met some of the most amazing people! I cannot imagine my career in education starting and developing in any other way! I am married to my husband Dale and we have three beautiful daughters that keep me oh so busy!
I am so thankful for how the Lord has directed all these steps in my life and I am grateful for his many blessings me!
